Remember the symptoms are distressing, not dangerous ... feelings are not facts ... it is temporary ... you can face the fear and not turn away from it and it will pass ... you're never given anything that you cannot deal with ... and any embarrassment can be dealt with, it's a natural reaction ... and when this phase is over you will be stronger. Hypnotherapy can help understand the causes and your thoughts and emotions, as well as help you generate safe places in your mind : ) Relaxation and breathing techniques, forward timeline pacing, distancing techniques and regression therapy can help.
